Hey, I’m Brittany Wallace, founder of Modern Millennial Counseling & Consulting LLC. I work with high-functioning millennials who appear to have it all together but feel overwhelmed, stuck, and quietly exhausted behind the scenes. You are breaking generational patterns while managing a career, relationships, expectations, and the pressure to keep it all together. You have done a lot to get where you are, but something still feels off. In therapy with me, we go beyond surface-level coping. We identify patterns, build insight, and help you move with clarity instead of pressure. This is a space where you do not have to perform, overthink, or hold everything in.
